All lots are sold on an “as is where is” basis. It is the responsibility of the buyer to remove the goods
from site.
Successful bidders are fully responsible for removing all lots purchased after full payment thereof.
Clearance will be by schedule and is strictly by appointment.
No lots may be removed from site without full payment of the invoice.

incidental to re-selling and or otherwise disposing of uncleared items.
