It is one thing to read about politics and history – it is another to be able to walk outside your lecture hall and experience it first-hand.” –Summer Abroad Student For more information contact: Professional & International Programs Woodsworth College, University of Toronto 119 St. George Street, 3rd Floor Toronto, ON M5S 1A9 (416) 978-8713 [email protected] summerabroad.utoronto.ca 2015 Summer Abroad Courses* 2015 ANT395Y Special Topics: Field Archeology in Peru (Peru) CHM396Y Research Topic Abroad (Science Abroad: Hungary) CIN360Y Cinematic City: Berlin (Germany) CRI389Y Topics in Criminology: Rights, Freedoms and Responsibilities in Criminal Law: England and Canada (England) CRI3**Y Criminology: International Perspectives (Italy) EAS***Y Japanese language courses at various levels (Japan) EAS395Y Selected Topics in East Asian Studies: Leadership and Governance in China (China: Hong Kong) ENG220Y Shakespeare (England) ENV395Y Special Topics Field Course: Ecology and Conservation in the Amazon, Galápagos, and Andes (Ecuador) ENV396Y Special Topics: Australian Environment, Wildlife and Conservation (Australia) FAH391Y Exploring the Art and History of Ancient Italy (Italy) FAH392Y Medieval England: Art and Architecture (England) FSL***Y French language courses at various levels (France) HIS357Y Social History of Renaissance Europe (England) HIS385Y The History of Hong Kong (China: Hong Kong) HIS389Y Special Topics: Germany and Its Others (Germany) HIS389Y Topics in History: The City in Central Europe: Imperial Pasts, Imperial Aspirations, Wars and Revolutions (Central Europe) HMB396Y International Research Project in Human Biology (Science Abroad: China; Science Abroad: Taiwan) ITA102Y Practical Italian (Italy) ITA358/359Y Modern Italian Culture (Italy) JPA376Y Transforming Global Politics: Comparative and Chinese Perspectives (China: Shanghai) PHY396Y Research Topic Abroad (Science Abroad: Switzerland) POL321Y Ethnic Politics in Comparative Perspective (Italy) POL380Y Special Topics: Localizing Global Environmental Governance (Argentina) PSY306Y Special Topics: Exceptionality – Disability, Inclusion and Culture (England) RSM295Y Special Topics: History and Design of Financial Institutions (China: Hong Kong; Italy) RSM295Y Special Topics: International Management (China: Hong Kong) RSM395Y Special Topics: Inclusive Consulting with Micro-Enterprises (South Africa) RSM395Y Special Topics: Introduction to International Management and Accounting (United Arab Emirates) RSM395Y Special Topics: Strategy in the European Context (Central Europe) RSM395Y Special Topics: Understanding Global Organizations (South Korea) SPA100Y Spanish for Beginners (Spain) SPA255Y Hispanic Culture (Spain) VIC240Y The Civilization of Renaissance Europe (Italy) VIS327Y Urban Studio: Hong Kong (China: Hong Kong) *Course codes and titles are subject to change.
