Preliminary inquiry:
Make an agreement with Sven upon arrival.
Each delegation must bring the following to the Preliminary Inquiry:
 Passport for identity
 CEV CH-05bis form
 Sample of each colour of uniform shirt and uniform shorts of captain and libero
 Receipt of financial matters paid to the Danish Volleyball Association.
Technical meeting:
Monday evening the 13th of October at ISI Coaches Lounge. Time will be given upon arrival.
Accommodation
We provide bed, duvé and pillow – you bring bed linen, sheets and towels. If you like to rent this, se
bulletin 1 for prices.
I will send you accommodation information direct to each country, so that you can prepare the
players and the staff of what to expect.
Lots of you will be staying in the rooms of our students. They have these rooms for the whole year.
You will be a guest in their domain, and we therefore kindly ask you to take care and treat their
things with care.
Payments
If you are buying bus, snack or other services from us, it can be payed at the ISI administration office.
Here you can make agreements how to pay. Creditcard, cash or invoice is possible.
Laundry
You will receive a washing card to be used at the machines. You do it your selves, please ask for
guiding, if you have questions.
Ice-cubes:
You will find ice-cubes to bring along out to the matches in the kitchen freezer.

Rules
FIVB rules are valid for the tournament. Except for the following issues:
Team Manager: TM is allowed to sit on the bench, but maximum of 4 people on the bench.
Playing Protocol

Warm Up
1 hour before start

Toss
18 minutes to start

Warm up 2 x 5 min. At net + serve
17 minutes to start

Warm up stops – Line up – presenting the captains
5 minutes to start

National anthems
4 minutes to start

Handing over pins/gifts etc.

Starting players sitting on the bench

Presentation referees
2 minutes to start

Presentation starting 7 players + HC + As.C
1 minutes to start
If the match before is delayed, you will have, all together, 30 minutes before next match starts.
Physical warm up can be made outside the court, but not in a special sportshall. It will be in the
entries and corridors of the center.
Pointsystem
The pointsystem will be according to the new CEV rules.
1. Matches won
2. Ranking Points (3-0 or 3-1: 3 points, 3-2: 2 points, 2-3: 1 point, 0-3 or 1-3: 0 point)
3. Set Quotient
4. Match Point Quotient
5. If the tie continues, as per their match point quotient, the teams will be placed according to
the result(s) of the match(es) between the teams concerned.
Dreamteam nomination:
Nomination for dreamteam is to be handed to Henrik Petersen (tournament director) before the final
starts in each gender.
Program:
Wednesday evening we will like to invite you to a social arrangement for all the team staff. Time
and place will be given upon arrival.
Meals & Training the first day.
We need the information before we can give you the plan for the arrival day.
