Tim Logan Branch President, The Pharmacy Guild of Australia, Queensland Branch Tim Logan is a community pharmacist of nearly 30 years’ experience. He is the President of the Queensland Branch and Senior National Vice-President of the Pharmacy Guild of Australia, and has been a member of the Pharmacists Board of Queensland and the Pharmacy Board of Australia. Veryan McAllister President, Polycystic Ovary Syndrome Association of Australia (POSAA) Veryan McAllister is one of the founding members of POSAA, which began operations in 1998 and continues today to provide support, information and education to women with PCOS. Veryan was an integral part of the POSAA team which successfully lobbied Prime Minister Kevin Rudd for the funding of national guidelines on the diagnosis and treatment of PCOS that have been rolled out to GPs across Australia. Veryan volunteers her time to POSAA to provide support to women with PCOS. Chloe Hennessy Michelle McPherson Joint Head Quality Pharmacy Practice, The Pharmacy Guild of Australia, National Secretariat Naturopath, Sanofi Consurmer Healthcare As joint head of the Quality Pharmacy Practice team at the Pharmacy Guild of Australia, Chloe Hennessy oversees the National Operations of the Quality Care Pharmacy Program (QCPP). Chloe has had over nine years’ experience with the Guild, working at an operational level in the ACT Branch and now in a strategic management position at the National Secretariat. Currently the project manager of the ‘Turning Pain into Gain’ program for the Gold Coast Medicare Locals, Joyce has also authored the MedRN Chronic Pain DVD training for health professionals. Prof Roland Sussex Emeritus Professor Roland Sussex OAM Roland (Roly) Sussex is research fellow in the Institute for Teaching and Learning Innovation and the School of Languages and Comparative Cultural Studies at the University of Queensland. He was previously Professor of Applied Language Studies at the University of Queensland and taught Linguistics and Russian at the University of Reading (UK) and Monash University in Melbourne.
