The Big Draw is the world’s largest drawing event and happens annually throughout the month of October. This year the theme is Environment. The Cherwell School will be celebrating “Drawing for Everyone” by making a huge communal drawing of the things that make up our school environment. All welcome. This is a fantastic wellbeing opportunity for promoting mental and physical wellbeing, including help deal with stress, physical balance and regulating blood pressure. This is an ancient Chinese exercise system that involves coordinating slow gentle movement with your breathing. Saying this, you know you have done a total work out by the end of the hour.
