The 7th Annual White County Agri-Fest/Country Market and the 4th Annual Pottery Comes to Town event will be held this Saturday, Sept. 27, from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. in downtown Cleveland. Some of the activities planned include agriculturerelated vendor booths, alpacas, goats, cows and other favorite farm animals. Pick up some fresh produce. Bring your children to enjoy rides, face painting, crazy hair, and more. More than 25 wellknown area potters will be on hand with their unique artful creations. The “Pottery Comes to Town” show will take place in the paved parking lot of the White County Courthouse. The Historical Society is the sponsor for this portion of the day’s activities. Guns to be Raffled at Agri-Fest Don’t miss the chance to win one of three guns to be raffled off during the Agri-Fest on Sept. 27, at Freedom Park. This is a new fundraiser for the chamber and a great opportunity for someone to win some valuable prizes. Sautee Guns is the presenting sponsor of the fall raffle just in time for deer season. You must be at least 21 years old to purchase tickets. Winners will receive their prize by going directly to Sautee Guns on Helen Highway. Choice of gun is based on order of name drawn.
