所用的化学原料试剂全部从Alfa, Aldrich等公司购买,没有进一步的纯化;
常用溶剂购自广州试剂公司;薄层层析硅胶由硅胶GF254 (青岛海洋化工厂)和
CMC自制;柱层析用硅胶为化学纯试剂(青岛海洋化工厂);炔基溴按参考文献[1]
合成。
