* Discount’s don’t apply to any traveling fees & or overtime fees
* All Hires/Custom packages must be over $150 to be entitled for a discount (excluding
traveling & overtime fees)
--Public Holidays:
All hires/event production is an additional 50% on all Public Holidays
If receiving a discount the cost will be i.e Total Price = $200 x 50% = $300 with a 10%
discount = $270 in total for the public holiday
* Public Holidays fee’s don’t apply to any traveling fees & or overtime fees.
--Overtime Fees:
$50 an Hour after 5 Hours for any type of event production or PA Hire Plan.
--Uncleaned equipment (Dry Hire):
$2 per item will be charged for any equipment/leads that is returned dirty/uncleaned
(Including tape left on leads)
--Traveling Fees:
$0.60 per 1 km driven, all clients who spend over $150 (excluding traveling & overtime
fees) within 15km of Marsden Park recieve free delivery & pick up.
--Set Up & Pack Up Fees:
$40 for set up & pack up at our preferred time or $80 for set up & pack up at the clients
preferred time.
--Bond:
$50 bond required via bank transfer, larger dry hires may require a larger bond
--Damages/Non Returned Items:
All damages & non returned items must be paid for at full retail price
