by the ancient contours of Pichi Richi Pass, Tickle Belly Hill offers
outstanding multi functional venue facilities for your special occasion.
Tickle Belly Hill offers a flexible function venue for 20 to 180 guests. With
pillarless space, natural lighting and unique Australian architecture,
surrounded by native bushland, the Tickle Belly Hill venue opens out onto
paved terraces, where guests can unwind with magnificent views of the
surrounding mountain ranges, red sandstone walls and beautiful views of
the valley.
With the ability to host both your ceremony and reception or just the
reception this gold medal award-winning venue is sure to exceed your
expectations for your special day.

Venue Hire
$650.00
Hire of the venue at Tickle Belly Hill includes:
Up to 8 hours use for you and your guests
Please note due to Liquor License restrictions there is a midnight cut-off.
Access to the venue for 2 hours on the day prior and the day after your
event for setting up and packing up decorations with some assistance
from the Tickle Belly team.
Please note the Tickle Belly team will not be held responsible for any
damage or loss of any items provided by you
Rectangular tables and chairs
Round tables are available however there will be an additional charge.
Why not hold your ceremony at Tickle Belly Hill? We are more than happy for you to
have both your ceremony and reception here and we can suggest ideal
locations for the ceremony to take place.
Transport
When it comes to getting your guests to and from your wedding reception we can provide
the solution.
Gulf Getaways Bus
Gulf Getaways can transport your guests to and from Tickle Belly Hill aboard their
comfortable, clean coaches. Quotes available upon request.
Pichi Richi Historic Trains
Why not treat your guests to an exciting journey aboard an historic
Pichi Richi Railway train. As the railway line runs through Tickle Belly Hill
your guests can arrive in style on one of the many trains on offer.
Also provides a magnificent backdrop for photos. Price on application.
Beverages
Our Beverage packages are done on a bar tab system. You set your limit and restrictions and
once the tab is reached guests then purchase their own beverages. (Please note our bar is
cash only as there are no EFTPOS facilities at Tickle Belly Hill so guests will need to bring cash
with them).
For your convenience we have included our price list and our stocked beverages to help you
decide what to include. Some guests prefer to only include beer, wine and soft drinks others
prefer to include more, the choice is up to you.

It is the policy of Tickle Belly Events that BYO is not permitted.
Catering
Tickle Belly Hill provides a range of menu options starting from
pre-dinner canapés right up to desserts.
We understand that every wedding is different and are happy to create the perfect
menu to suit your event or budget.
Entertainment
We would be pleased to arrange entertainment for your event such as an iPod dock,
DJ or live band. To discuss your entertainment requirements further and confirm
availability please contact the Tickle Belly Functions Co-ordinator.
General Terms and Conditions

Tentative bookings are only valid for 4 weeks. Bookings are only secured once the $200
deposit has been made.

Full payment and confirmation of numbers must be made in full 4 weeks prior to the function.
If you wish to cancel your function more than 4 weeks prior to the function date, your $200
deposit is forfeited. If a cancellation is made within 4 weeks prior to the function no refund
will be given.
Tickle Belly Hill is fully licensed with the “Heinz Link Outback Bar” however under Liquor
Licencing Regulations the staff reserve the right to refuse the service of alcohol to persons we
believe to be under the age of 18, those without current photo ID, persons deemed to be
intoxicated and any person with unruly behaviour.
The “Heinz Link Outback Bar” has no EFTPOS facilities.










It is the policy of Tickle Belly Events that BYO is not permitted. No food or alcoholic beverages
are permitted to be brought to the venue by any persons attending the function. Any persons
found in the possession of alcohol not purchased at bar will have their drink confiscated.
If there is unsociable or unruly behaviour at any time, management has the right to terminate
the function immediately. The police will be called if necessary.
State and Federal Law restrict smoking to a designated area. Guests are to abide by these laws
and only smoke in the designated area.
Guests must not interfere or tamper with any apparatus or appliance associated with the
venue.
The cost of repairing damage to the venue resulting from the conduct and actions of guests, or
any other party the group is involved with during the function, shall be charged to the Hosting
Party and is payable as soon as such cost is determined. Down time of the venue may also be
charged.
Equipment furnished by the company is thoroughly inspected before being assigned to the
function to ensure uninterrupted service. If the planned timings of the function are disrupted
for any reason beyond the control of the company (e.g. weather conditions), Tickle Belly Hill
will not be held responsible for any losses.
All lost property will be held for 1 month. Please contact us to arrange collection of your items.
Tickle Belly Hill are not responsible for any loss or damage to personal items.
