Natural Flavours
A range of flavours created using natural extracts and flavour
compounds for great flavour impact and friendly label declarations.
From The Named Fruit (FTNF)
This is a cleaner label range of Flavours where the flavour is extracted
from a single source of fruit rather than created using blends of
flavour compounds. This allows the use of fruit images and claims
on a product without the need for addition of further fruit products
helping to make a premium product whilst potentially reducing cost.
Spray dried natural flavours
Spray drying flavours creates powders that can be used in dry
applications such as milkshake powders, and also creates better bake
stability for bakery applications.
Flavour compounds
At Univar we are able to compound your flavour of choice with
other ingredients such as colours and sweeteners, which enables
you to reduce the number of ingredients in your product as well as
potentially saving you money and simplifying your production process.

Fruit Flavours
We offer a full range of fruit flavours for use in all applications ranging
from Orange and apple to Starfruit and Lychee. We can also blend
flavour combinations specific to your application.
Dairy Flavours
We offer a large range of chocolate, toffee, butter, and cream flavours,
which can be offered on their own or we can use as part of a blend to
create unique blends such as apple pie and custard flavour or fruit and ice
cream flavour.
Alcohol Flavours
We can offer a superb range of alcohol flavours for use in many
applications such as deserts and ice creams. These flavours include Marc
De Champagne, Brandy, Egg Nog, Stout, Mulled Wine and many others.
Speciality Flavours
We have ranges of flavours that offer a special characteristic such as
masking unpleasant taints from other ingredients, or giving a tingling
sensation on the tongue when eaten. These can be combined
with other flavour types to create unique product ranges
