All applications must be received at office of secretary General Saudi Commissi on for Health
Specialist on or before the dates mentioned above. Delays in postal deliveries shall not be
considered a valid reason for the late receipt of application.
For further correspondence, please note to mention your name, subject and Examination centre
from where you are appearing in the examination.

EXAMINATION FEE
SR 1125/- PLUS SR 500/- = SR. 1625/-
Examination fee, as mentioned above is to be paid as under:
a) Deposit SR 1125/- in Saudi Hollandi Bank (A/C No. 037083953004)
b) Deposit
Submit above two deposit slips in the office of Saudi Commission for Health Specialties, Diplomatic
Q uarters, Riyadh along with examination form.
c) If the application is submitted after August 06, 2014, deposit SR 500/- as late fee in Saudi Hollandi Bank
(A/C No. 037083953004)

REFUND OF FEE
Seventy five percent of the examination fee shall be refunded to the candidate after deduction of 25% fee for
processing, subject to:
receipt of application for withdrawal from the examination if received on or before the specified date.
rejection of the application by CPSP on account of ineligibility.
While applying for REFUND candidate should write his / her NAME, CENTRE, SUBJECT and BANK
RECEIPT NUMBER.
In all other cases the fee paid for a particular examination will not be refunded or carried over to next
examination in case of withdrawal after specified date, absence/exclusion from the examination for any reason.

In October 2014, FCPS-II Examination in Saudi Arabia wll be held only at Riyadh Centre and the venue of
examination will be Saudi Commission for Health Specialities, Diplomatic Quarter Riyadh (K.S.A.).
CANDIDATES FROM COUNTRIES OTHER THAN KINGDOM OF SAUDI ARABIA WILL ARRANGE THEIR
OWN VISA AND ACCOMMODATION.
The College will hold clinical examination ONLY in one or more cities of PAKISTAN irrespective of the venue of
theory examination. Exact dates and venue will be communicated after the assessment of theory examination papers.
