ASC Principals of Occupational Safety & Health
Repetitive motion and overexertion are the biggest risk factors facing
American workers today. During this course, the instructor will show you
how to reduce the number and severity of musculoskeletal injuries in

CPR/AED/First Aid, Adult
OSHA Standard 29 CFR 1910.1030 requires employers to safeguard
employees who face potential occupational exposure to blood or
other potentially infectious materials. The Bloodborne and Airborne
Pathogens course helps reduce these risks by focusing on how to protect
employees from blood and airborne pathogens and what to do if an
exposure occurs. This program is ideal for housekeepers, custodians, first
responders, EMTs and paramedics — anyone exposed to blood or other
potentially infectious materials can benefit from this resource.

involved in traffic collisions. DDC ADD is an 8-hour diversion program
designed to help participants make a direct connection between their
attitude and their choice to make poor decisions. They will learn how to
take responsibility for their actions, and see how the choices they make
have financial, legal, and personal consequences. The course guides
participants to ask questions, share opinions and join in non-threatening,
non-judgmental discussions. Attitudinal Dynamics of Driving is used

MSHA New Miner-Part 48 Surface Coal
This course addresses front-end, backhoe and skid steer loader in a
comprehensive 5-day course. The training covers concepts common to
all types of loaders including Bobcat, CAT, John Deere, Komatsu, JCB,
Volvo, Kubota and TCM. Trainees will receive in-depth instruction on
each type of loader, as well as extensive instruction on how to effectively
train operators. Each trainee’s knowledge and demonstrated skills in all
aspects of the program are evaluated and graded prior to certification.

OSHA 5810 Hazards Based Standards Course
for Oil & Gas Exploration and Production

Course will provide attendees with the basic information needed to
anticipate, recognize, evaluate and control hazards found in the U.S. onshore Oil & Gas and Exploration & Production Industries. Topics include:
health hazards, hazard communication, PPE, emergency action plans,

OSHA Recordkeeping
Course Length: 4 hours

This recordkeeping class uses workshops to teach how to properly
prepare and maintain required records of workplace injuries and illnesses
- using the revised OSHA 300 Log and Supplemental Record. Participants
will learn how to figure incidence rates, average employment, and hours
worked, as well as new recordkeeping procedures and interpretations.

This course is split into two sections. During the one-hour classroom
portion, the instructor will arm attendees with the knowledge to
recognize, avoid and handle stalkers and predators. Students will also
learn tips for keeping children and other family members safe. Then,
attendees will receive three hours of hands-on training where they will
learn techniques to escape an attacker. These escape tactics are simple
and can be easily used by people of any size or strength, making it the
perfect substitute for your traditional self-defense course. Course is
taught by a former highway patrol trooper with more than 20 years of
experience. Appropriate for those 13 years and older.

Learn how to train your employees to reduce their risk in winter driving.
Course makes a great refresher for experienced drivers and is an eyeopener for those new to North Dakota’s roads. Topics covered include
THE DRIVER and how to reduce risk; TOP FACTORS that cause crashes
in bad weather; TYPES OF ROADS AND CONDITIONS and how weather
affects them; and VEHICLE TYPES & WINTER PREPARATION for when bad
weather strikes.

Workplace Violence Planning & Management
Course Length: 4 hours

Attend this course to increase your level of safety and preparedness
in the event of an emergency or violent act. Learn the history of mass
shootings, lessons learned from each event, and if your business is at
risk for violence. The instructor will cover predator recognition and
observation techniques, staff preparedness suggestions, high-risk
employment considerations, identification of potentially dangerous
employees, and the importance of developing an Emergency Response
Plan. Each attendee will receive a free copy of a standard workplace
violence policy. This course has been reviewed and approved by the U.S.
Department of Homeland Security.
