General Information:
The symposium is being held at the Embassy Suites Cleveland
Rockside Hotel in Independence, Ohio. Registration will begin at
6:45 a.m. and the symposium will end at 4:30pm. The registration
fee includes contact hours, continental breakfast, lunch, continuous
refreshments and parking. During the symposium we will strive to
keep the temperature comfortable in each meeting room, however we
encourage you to bring a sweater or a jacket.

to unforeseen circumstances. In the event of cancellation or postponement, any registration fee will be refunded. To process refunds all
