Sudz is a Wisconsin Vehicle Inspection Program emission
testing location. Stop in, we’ll have you on your way in no time.
•Customers must allow Sudz employees to place a bar code sticker on
vehicle’s inside front driver’s side windshield with number facing out.
•Unlimited* Pass sticker can’t be placed behind tinted windshield glass.
Vehicles with tinted windshields may not be eligible for our program.
•A monthly program fee will be automatically charged to customer’s
Visa, MasterCard, American Express or Discover credit card or debit
card on the first of every month.
•If the customer wishes to cancel, cancellation request must be
received no later than five business days prior to the beginning of
the following month. Cancellation requests can be submitted by
phone, during normal business hours, at (262) 786-7777 or in
writing to Sudz corporate office, P.O. Box 57, Elm Grove, WI 53122.
•There are no partial month refunds.
•If there are changes to the customer’s credit card, such as
expiration date or credit card number, you must provide new
information to our office at (262) 786-7777 or to any car wash
location manager to continue uninterrupted unlimited* washing.
•Any deactivated plan is subject to a reactivation fee.
•In the event Sudz is unable to charge a customer’s credit/debit
card due to card expiration or change in information, the
customer’s program will be deactivated after his or her billing date.
Sudz will attempt to notify customer prior to this date should
an issue arise.
•Customer must notify Sudz if enrolled vehicle’s sticker becomes
damaged, is no longer visible, vehicle is sold or windshield is
replaced. Sudz will reissue a new sticker for a $5.00 fee.
IMPORTANT – Replacement stickers are only available at Sudz
locations.
•Vehicles must conform to Sudz dimension standards. Modifications
outside of Sudz standards to existing customers’ vehicles may
require program termination. Please see location management for
confirmation that vehicle meets standards.
•Program activation is only available at Sudz locations.
•Stickers remain the exclusive property of Sudz and must be
surrendered upon request. In the event that the windshield sticker
is tampered with or the program is used in any way inconsistent
with its terms and conditions, the program will be immediately
terminated and all monies will be forfeited.
•Unlimited* Pass is valid at all participating Sudz locations.
•IMPORTANT – Program changes can only be made at Sudz locations.
•Other coupons or offers are not valid with the Unlimited* Pass.
•Pricing is subject to change at any time without notice.
