The Liederkranz Alpenrose Schuhplattler Dancers gave us a wonderful program that everyone seemed to really enjoy. Our next regular Membership Meeting in November promises to be a great one as well. Don Benninger has arranged for members of the 10th Mountain Division to join us. If you don't know what that is, you'll just have to show up in November to hear their stories. This month's not-to-be-missed event is our annual Central PA Ski Expo on Friday October 24. You'll have the opportunity to talk with Mountain Reps and Tour Operators from all over the country, including most of the mountains we will be visiting this winter. They just might help you decide which trips to sign up for. There will be many valuable prizes and giveaways, so don't miss out on the fun! Not to sound like a broken record, but we are approaching cutoff dates for some of our trips, so I again want to urge you not to wait to get signed up for trips. Act now before you miss the boat (or bus in this case).
