options, ended with the highest ever attendance rate, 20,066 F&B
professionals (22% growth) came to meet with industry peers to exchange
ideas and source new suppliers. Indications are that the hospitality industry
was in confident mood as orders placed at this year’s trade show were
significantly up year on year.
