Dear Partner,
Dafine Engineering ltd (VAT FI22700550) will merge to Tampereen Sähköpalvelu Oy
(VAT FI23542240). Merge will be dissolved without liquidation proceedings, and all
assets and liabilities will be transferred to Tampereen Sähköpalvelu Oy who is 100%
owner of Dafine Engineering Oy. As a result of the merger Dafine Engineering ltd will
change its name into Tampereen Sähköpalvelu Oy. According to the notification filed to
the finnish Trade Register the merger is scheduled to be implemented on October 1st
2015. The merger has no effect on the company’s business which will continue as
earlier with same people.
