All games will be played on natural grass excluding severe
weather conditions, when games will be moved to artificial grass.

Referees
The referee team is composed of the referee, two assistant
referees and the fourth official from the local referee association.
Regulations
Maximum of 18 player per match + 4 officials. The LOC will cover
expences from accommodation and meals for 16 players per
team + 2 officials per country.
Player has to represent a club, which is a member of the local
football association in the Barets area of each country.
7 substitutions / match. Substitutions back and forth is prohibited
except goalkeeper, who can be substituted back and forth if there
are subsitutions left.

Match time 2 x 40 mins, halftime 10 mins.
In case of direct red card, player is banned for the rest of the
game and next game. In case of red card with two yellow cards,
player is banned for the rest of the game.
In case of even points, mutual order of the teams in the table will
be solved by
