Christmas Bazaar
22nd November 2014
We will be holding a workshop, as last year,
in St. Mary’s Room on Saturday, 15th
November to make ‘crafty’ items for the
bazaar. All welcome - whether ‘crafty’ or not!
Please bring a contribution towards a
communal lunch. It was great fun last year.
We will start at 9.30 a.m. and finish early
afternoon. Also, as last year, if you would like
to plant up a pot, basket or any other
container with bulbs NOW, they would make
great gifts to sell on the day.
MANY THANKS.

89 O LORD ′ thy ′ word : en′dureth for ′ ever in ′
heaven.
90 Thy truth also remaineth from one generation ′
to an′other :
thou hast laid the foundation of the ′ earth and ′
it ab′ideth.
91 They continue this day according ′ to thine ′
ordinance : for ′ all things ′ serve ′ thee.
92 If my delight had not been ′ in thy ′ law : I
should have ′ perished ′ in my ′ trouble.
93 I will never forget ′ thy com′mandments : for
with them ′ thou hast ′ quickened ′ me.
94 I am ′ thine O ′ save me : for I have ′ sought ′
thy com′mandments.
95 The ungodly laid wait for me ′ to de′stroy me :
but ′ I will con′sider thy ′ testimonies.
96 I see that all things ′ come to an ′ end : but thy
commandment ′ is ex′ceeding ′ broad.
97LORD what love have I ′ unto thy ′ law : all the
day long ′ is my ′ study ′ in it.
98 Thou through thy commandments hast made
me wiser ′ than mine ′ enemies: for ′ they are ′
ever ′ with me.
99 I have more understanding ′ than my ′ teachers
: for thy ′ testimonies ′ are my ′ study.
100 I am wiser ′ than the ′ ag-ed : because I ′ keep
′ thy com′mandments.
101 I have refrained my feet from every ′ evil ′
way : that ′ I may ′ keep thy ′ word.
102 I have not shrunk ′ from thy ′ judgments : for
′ thou ′ teachest ′ me.
103 O how sweet are thy words ′ unto my ′ throat
: yea, sweeter than ′ honey ′ unto my ′ mouth.
104 Through thy commandments I get ′
under′standing: therefore I ′ hate all ′ evil ′ ways.
Glory be to the Father, and to the Son:
and to the Holy Ghost; As it was in the
beginning, Is now and ever shall be:
world without end. Amen

Notices: Very many thanks to all who helped
clear the Churchyard on Saturday, especially
Ian, John and Peter with their machinery. It
made a big difference to the East end of the
building. There is a lot of wood suitable for open
fires ready for collection. A donation to the
Mosaics fund would be welcome. Contact Jaye
if you would like some. • Don't forget the Poetry
Evening on 6th November. The theme of WW1
need not make it a sombre occasion since there
were plenty of light-hearted lyrics to songs as
well as the more serious poems. Just come
and enjoy the evening.
