REGISTRATION:
Fill in your information. This is for the Office of Alumni Relations to keep you in the loop for any future
events/news.

Combo Ticket page:
Select which, combo ticket you are planning to purchase. Please make check payable to Jon Olson for
the total amount of combo tickets (both member and non-member). IF MORE THAN ONE 89ER
WILL BE COMING, PLEASE MAKE A COPY FOR THE SPOUSE/GUEST TO FILL OUT.
Please indicate the non-member’s name and your name for the combo ticket. ’89 members only, please
circle your jacket size on the form.
MEMORY LANE LUNCHEON AND BANQUET:
We will have for our lunch, which will be buffet style. Please mark your sandwich of choice and circle
the drink you and/or your guest plan to have. Please follow the instructions.
SPECIAL NEEDS:
Please indicate any/all special needs accommodations needed for you/guest. If there is something that is
not listed, please specify your special needs. If none, please disregard the form.
SILVER ANNIVERSARY BREAKFAST (pink paper):
Please follow the instructions. The registration committee will give this to the Alumni Relations Office
after they receive the forms from you. If you want to bring a guest, please add $20 to the amount on
your check.
NOTE: On Saturday, October 25, 2014, the Silver Anniversary Breakfast will be hosted by
Gallaudet University.

This will be the official headcount for the number of ’89ers!! This will not be done at any other
time not even at the banquet. We MUST beat ’88ers. They had 138 people in attendance during
the weekend. This is our chance to be the largest class reunion EVER!!

Dear Fellow ’89ers,
We invite you to join us in celebrating our 25th anniversary class reunion on our beautiful
campus of Gallaudet University during the 2014 Homecoming weekend. This will be a memorable
opportunity to reunite with your classmates, to revive the great memories of your college days, and to
catch up on what your classmates have been doing since the farewell day at graduation. Join us on
October 23-25, 2014 and show the class of 1989 what the Bison spirit is all about! The Tower Clock is
ticking away the minutes to the Homecoming day!
To help us plan our class reunion, please take a moment to familiarize the packet thoroughly and
complete and return the attached forms to Cheree Mull, Class of Registration Chairperson.

Dear Class of ’89ers,
Our 25th Silver Anniversary reunion will be happening on the weekend of October 23rd. Let’s
have the best reunion memory of our lifetime. I am your class reunion registration coordinator. I hope
to see you all at the reunion.
We have two different deadlines for our combo tickets for ’89 members only. First deadline is
June 30th for early bird combo ticket of $225 per member. Second deadline is September 15th for
regular combo of $250 per member. After September 15th,the late combo is $275 per member. The
combo ticket includes registration fee, Memory Lane Luncheon, sporting admissions, Pre-game Bash
party, Class reunion banquet (semi-formal attire), Class group picture, ’89 jacket, Class souvenirs,
Memory book and class gift. The Silver Anniversary Breakfast will be provided by Gallaudet
University.
We offer two different options for your guest. The options are combo ticket or individual
tickets to the events. The combo tickets are for the guests only. First deadline is June 30th for early
bird combo of $125 per guest. Second deadline is September 15th for regular combo of $150.00
per guest. After September 15th the late combo is $175 per guest. The combo ticket includes
registration fee, Silver Anniversary Breakfast, Memory Lane luncheon, sporting admissions, Pre Bash
party, and Class Reunion banquet. I will put the list of the cost of an individual event that your guest
may want to attend on the form if your guest is interested.
Good News!! We created a payment plan for those members who prefer to make several
payments. The first non-refundable payment of $125 must be sent before June 30th. The second
payment of $100.00 must be send before September 15th. Please contact Jon Olson, Class of ’89
treasurer first by email at [email protected] about your payment arrangement first before you send
money and forms to me.
The payment plan will be accepted and done the same way for guests. The first non-refundable

"Then and Now" memory book featuring our wonderful Gallaudet memories for you. Please feel free to
