Classroom Function
The thumbturn can only be rotated in one direction
This ensures that the door can be unlocked from either side, but only locked from the outside by using the key.
Clutch Release Function (Anti-barricade)
Inserting a key disengages the turn
This ensures that a keyholder can always gain access even if someone inside the room is gripping
the turn to prevent it from moving.
Dual Action
Keys can be used from both sides of the cylinder
The external key will operate the cylinder even if another key has been left in the cylinder on the inside.
Construction Keying
Allows the contractor of a project full access during the construction period, then on
first operation of the buildings owner key, the construction key will be permanently disabled.

UNION Online Masterkeying System
An important consideration when choosing a system is the ease and
simplicity of ordering updates or extensions. If the ordering process is overly
complicated then building users will not gain the most functionality from the
Masterkey suite, putting increased pressure on building management, whilst
heightening security risks and limiting the effectiveness of the system.
UNION has launched an online Masterkey ordering system, designed to
simplify the ordering process. This online service allows customers to place
orders for new Masterkey suites along with orders for additional cylinders
and products for existing suites, at a time that is convenient to them, using
a simple online order form.
