Sign policy information and rules for advertising at CBS
The purpose of a sign and advertising policy is to standardise the
signs at CBS and make them look uniform and professional. The
following therefore applies:












In our main buildings (Solbjerg Plads, Dalgas Have, Kilen
and Porcelænshaven) it is only possible to use A-frame poster
stands purchased by CBS and lent by the Campus Desk in
question.
A-frame poster stands can be borrowed in two sizes (70x100
and 50x70 cm).
You can book an A-frame poster stand via email to
[email protected]
The Campus Desk is responsible for the A-frame poster
stands and will thus ensure that the signs only display
relevant and updated information.
The Campus Desk at the buildings in question will register
the date of lending and remove the poster stands when the
time expires.
A-frame poster stands and roll-up banners can only be on
display for two weeks at the time.
Broken stands must be replaced.
A maximum of 10 A-frame poster stands/roll-up banners can
be on display at a time at Solbjerg Plads and Dalgas Have.
A maximum of 5 A-frame poster stands/roll-up banners can
be on display at a time at Kilen and Porcelænshaven.
The poster stands must be placed as close to the walls as
possible.
Advertising (floor stickers, banners, etc) in CBS's buildings is
subject to a prior written authorisation by Campus
Services/Information Services. Send the application via email
to [email protected] no later than two weeks before and
state the occasion, type of advertisement and place.
Placement of temporary signs on walls is prohibited, and the
signs will be taken down without further notice.

Where and how to advertise at CBS Campus

All CBS units must use the specified CBS supplier at all
times. Contact information for the supplier can be found on
the procurement portal on CBS Share:

Advertising campaigns may be put up for a maximum of 14
days.

Floor areas: These are primarily entrance floor areas (except
at Flintholm). Please note that use of the floor areas used 1
by Spisestuerne and Nexus requires separate
permissions.

Large horizontal banner (4200x1450 mm or 7490x1450
mm) with stabilising weight at the bottom of the banner
printed on 200g fire-retardant fabric.

Large vertical banner (41500x6500 mm) with stabilising
weight at the bottom of the banner printed on 210 g fireretardant fabric. Remember that there are extra costs for
the rent of an access platform to put up and take down
this type of banner.
On certain glass surfaces advertisements can be put up
with folio/film (1400x1000 mm) or a large fabric
banner. These advertisements must be on a 1st floor
level (Solbjerg Plads) and must under no circumstances
interfere with alarm sensors.
The stairs in the main hall and along the walkway area at
Solbjerg Plads can also be used for advertising, though
only on the vertical side of each step. It is important that
these advertisements stick well to avoid any risk of
people tripping over them.

Advertisements put up at CBS Campus may not damage the
building (glass, metal, floor) and may not leave permanent
marks. If advertising material damages CBS buildings,
furniture or equipment, the costs for repair will be charged
from the orderer.

The examples of placement of the various types of
advertisement are numbered and marked in green on the
following pages.
In case of special events of particular importance to CBS, Information
Services may derogate from the rules.
