June 30th - NHS SBS Final proposal submitted to PSG for consideration

July – PCTs take the business case through Boards for approval / Delegated

August 1st – Instruction to proceed signed by the PCTs

August - Contract negotiation begins

August– Transition preparation begins

August - 60 day TUPE consultation begins
