Eligibility = salaried-exempt employees
Day off is not counted against PTO eligibility
Employee should be provided with
instructions from their manager for taking the
day off
Manager initiates day off through the portal
No second level or HR approval required

Your Recognition “Bank Account”
Points may be “banked” and accumulated
or may be redeemed by selecting a gift
within the portal
Points will not have an expiration date
Upon termination of employment, unused
points must be redeemed within two
weeks of the termination effective date
