How to Participate in Cisco Rewards
Cisco Rewards is open to Account Managers (AM) and Sales Engineers (SE) employed fulltime by Cisco Select or Registered Partners
Step 1. CLICK-TO-ACCEPT (Cisco.com login required)
A. Cisco Registered & Select Partner principals must log-in and assume ‘Company Administrator’ role
and C2A the Terms and Conditions to allow its employees to be rewarded by Cisco
B AM’s and SE’s will need to C2A Program Terms as well
Step 2. Earn
AM’s and SE’s need to sell eligible Cisco SMB products to earn points
Step 3. Claim
All you need is your Distributor Invoice Number & Customer Name to submit a claim
Step 4. Redeem
Points are redeemable for vacation packages (e-voucher) on travelocity website

Company Administrator (CA) Role
 The role of the Company Administrator is a legal
prerequisite:
To provide legal consent and allow its employees to receive
incentives from Cisco
To allocate points during Claim Disputes between 2 members of
the same sales role
 Without the CA, AM/SE’s can not redeem prizes, but
they can earn/claim points
 Company Administrators are not eligible to earn points
nor redeem prizes in Cisco Rewards
 Switching roles from CA to AM/SE is possible
 Switching roles from AM/SE to CA is possible, but points
earned will be lost
