Fee Refunds Fees will only be refunded in full if the College cancels a course. If you are unable to continue with your course for medical reasons, then a refund may be allowed. In this case, a £10 administration fee will be charged. • • Unpaid Fees Any fee unpaid 90 days after the due date may be passed to a Debt Collection Agency, and your access to College facilities may be withdrawn. You may also be invited to leave your course, and you will not be entitled to sit any exams.
