RESOLUTION 14-156 No. OF THE BOARD OF SUPERVISORS OF THE COUNTY OF NEVADA RESOLUTION APPROVING ADDENDUM NO.2 TO THE LEASE AGREEMENT WITH JUDITH CARLESON,TRUSTEE,FOR CALWORKS OFFICE SPACE AT 715 MALTMAN DRIVE,GRASS VALLEY,CALIFORNIA WHEREAS,through Resolution 12-019, the County of Nevada entered into a Master Lease Agreement and Addendum No. 1 with Judith Carleson, Trustee, for certain property located at 715 Maltman Drive; and, WHEREAS,the Agreement expires on June 30, 2014 and both parties desire to exercise the option to extend the Term of the Agreement in one year increments for a maximum period of three years; and, WHEREAS, all other terms and conditions of the Master Lease Agreement and Addendum 1 remain in full force and effect. No. NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the Board of Supervisors of the County of Nevada, State of California, that the Board of Supervisors hereby approves in the form attached hereto, Addendum No. 2 to the Master Lease Agreement between the County of Nevada and Judith Carleson, Trustee, for office space located at 715 Maltman Drive, Grass Valley, California, 95945. The Chair ofthe Board is hereby authorized to execute Addendum No. 2 on behalf ofthe County of Nevada.
