FAMILY CHILD CARE PROGRAM OCTOBER 2014 PROVIDER ROSTER

FAMILY CHILD CARE PROGRAM
PROVIDER ROSTER
OCTOBER 2014
The Family Child Care (FCC) Program provides a variety of home child care services for active duty military
personnel, DOD civilians, reservists on active duty, and DOD contractors at Langley AFB.
The FCC program augments the Child Development and School Age programs. Providers are screened,
background checks are completed and all homes are monitored monthly by FCC staff. The providers are
licensed/affiliated to keep a maximum of six children, to include their own. Only 2 of the 6 children can be under
the age of 2.
The FCC program accepts children for care who have chronic health problems, developmental delays, and children
who are HIV-positive. Individuals with chronic health concerns, including those who are HIV-positive, may also be
approved as a FCC provider.
The Extended Duty Care (EDC) program is available for parents who are required to work mission related duty
beyond the standard 50-hour work week on a temporary basis. Please call the office to find out about other related
programs.
Provider’s names in capital letters indicate completion of 15 Air Force Training Modules.
