A refund amount will be assessed based on the following conditions and as approved by the Director. • 100% returned if drop occurs up to one week prior to or on the first day of class. • 90% returned if drop occurs after the first day of class through the first 10% of instructional class time accrued. • 50% returned if drop occurs after 10% of class time is accrued and before 25% of instructional class time is accrued. • 25% returned if drop occurs after the 1st 25% and before 50% of instructional class time is accrued. • After 50% of period has elapsed – Ulster County BOCES will retain all of the tuition.
