Girish Kumar, Managing Director:
B.Tech from I.I.T. Kanpur, he is the key promoter of the company. He
has over 3 decades of technical, financial & top management
experience and operates the company hands down as its M.D.

S.P. Singh, Director (Elec):
Science graduate, he handles the critical functions of materials
planning, production planning, procurement & cash-flow
management. He has over 35 years management experience.

Arun Kumar, Vice President-Design:
Engineering graduate from PEC Chandigarh, he has vast experience in
design, QA, ISO implementation, facilities planning & manufacturing at
BHEL. He has been involved with design & manufacture of heavy
electrical equipments as well as rotating equipments at BHEL for well
over 3 decades.

Incorporation of our Company
1987
Acquired licenses, plant and goodwill of Sai electric Pvt Ltd located at Victoria Park, Meerut, known as Sai Electricals Unit I, and
commenced business of repairing transformers.
1993
Commenced manufacturing of DTF upto 1000 KVA and voltage controllers upto 500 KVA and power conditioning t/fs with a
capacity of 250 KVA from Sai Electricals Unit I.
1995
Commenced developing in-house design facility and commenced manufacturing of voltage stabilisers upto 500 KVA and servo
voltage stabilisers upto 1000 KVA under the brand name POWERWARE
1996
The Company obtained the ISO 9002 certification.
2001
Our Company commenced development of Voltage Controllers and Transformers for telecom sector and procured orders worth
Rs.2.5 crores from Bharti Airtel.
2006
Commenced manufacturing of auxiliary transformers for railways
2007
Set up second manufacturing unit at Rali Chauhan, Meerut (Sai Electrical Unit II) and commenced manufacturing of power
transformers with a capacity of 5MVA and increased capacity of power conditioning transformers to 500 KVA and commenced
manufacturing of air cool (dry Type) power conditioning transformers with a capacity of upto 500 KVA. Capacity of
manufacturing transformers was increased to 7,56,000KVA and for Power transformers to 10,80,000 per year for each shift.
2007
Increased capacity of DTF from 1000 KVA to 4000 KVA
2008
The Company obtained the ISO 9001-2008 certification from Transpecific Certifications Limited
2009
Commenced manufacturing of converter duty transformers with a capacity of upto 3,150 KVA.
2009
The Company obtained the ISO 9001-2008 certification from Indian Register Quality Systems
2010
Our Company commenced manufacturing of corrugated transformers and started supplying to Siemens, Crompton and Areva T
& D, supplied to esteemed projects like DMRC, DIAL
2010
Obtained 3-star approval for transformers from Bureau of Energy Efficiency
2012
Introduced a new product “Online condition Monitoring” Of transformers, which is our innovation in monitoring health of
transformers and patented by ERDA, India
