1. Workplace Misconduct-Atiba Jones
I first interacted with Atiba Jones upon a suggestion by Horton that I
should talk to Jones about possibly getting a new job. I suggested to Jones
that we meet at T. Murray's Kitchen and Bar. Jones said that it would
look wrong if we met anywhere other than his office so we met there
on Monday April 7th. After meeting with Jones for an hour to an hour
and a half Jones asked how I was getting home. I let him know that I was
taking the bus. Jones offered to give me a ride home. Upon arriving at my
house Jones asked what I had planned for the night, he suggested that we
exchange phone number so we could possibly meet up and go to Roosters
to watch the a basketball game. We were not able to meet up to watch
basketball that evening. A few days later Horton called Jones and said that
Jones should come out with Horton and me and that we would be going to
Avalon for drinks.
After going to Avalon on April 11th where everyone consumed way too
much alcohol, Jones and I went to my apartment where we had sex. After
that, Jones told me not to tell anyone because people at work would hate
me. Horton also told me that Jones could lose his job and for me not to
fuck him over because he is one of Horton's friends. Texts between the
two of us confirm the sexual relationship. I told him via text that I had
hickies all over my neck and he apologized.
April 16, 2014 Jones picked me up at my apartment and we went to the
movies and eventually went back to my apartment and had sex.
Friday April 22, Jones and I slept together.
End of April, I sent my resume to Jones so he could sent it to Kevin Boyce
his childhood friend and a State Representative for a possible job.
On May 8, 2014 Jones text me the following while at work "I had to look
up the definition of 'Fine' ... superior quality, skill, or appearance. You are
fucking FINE. Wow .. .it was good to see you."
On May 9, 2014 after having dinner at my house, Jones and I went to
Brothers Bar in Arena District where we ran into Holly Flan?? See a more

we had sex at my apartment.

For approximately 6 weeks we would go on dates where people from
court would not see us together. It was my understanding that Jones
was divorced this whole time. We would also text and talk at work and
outside of work I would confide in Jones issues that I had with Horton
because I thought as Executive Director of the Court House and Horton's
friend that he would be able to assist me with my issues with Horton.
There was an occasion where I text Jones that Horton was making me feel
uncomfortable with touching me and saying inappropriate comments.

Horton's actions did not change. Horton and Jones remained friends so
my ability to go to HR, which is under Jones' would not be able to help in
my opinion.
On May 18, 2014, Jones invited me to his house where I spent the night
and we slept together.
On June 2, 2014, I complained to Jones about Horton being upset with my
decision to stay at a bar with my friends rather than go to dinner with
him and Brian Simms during the Memorial Tournament.
