$135.00, each additional category is $25.00. Please check applicable categories:

base fee is $135.00—This includes category A. All
applicators are required to be recertified in category
A.
Each additional category for which you need recertification requires an additional payment of $25.00
For Example:
G = Forestry Recertification
J = Rights of Way Recertification
If you need recertification for category J, you
would pay the base fee of $135.00 plus an additional
fee of $25.00 for category J.
If you need recertification for categories J AND G
you would pay the base fee of $135.00 plus an addl.

license card. To the right of your company name and
address you will see the categories for which you are
certified and the latest date by which you need to
recertify (take a class).
You may register via the internet ONLY if you intend to

Who Must Attend?
Pesticide applicators with category G (Forestry),
and category J (Rights-of-Way ), must attend an approved continuing education class every two years.
All programs will cover categories A, G, and J.
