Educational Advisory Elections
There are currently three vacancies on Saint Michael
School Educational Advisory Council. A form was sent
home last week with the youngest child in each family. It
is also attached to this newsletter.
Extracurricular Activities
A reminder: only students participating in
extracurricular activities are permitted to stay
after school for that activity. If another sibling
needs to stay, they are to sign up and report to the
SAFE program. This pertains to ANY after school
activity – sports’ practices/games, Academic
Games, play practice, etc.
Parent – Teacher Conferences
Parent Teacher Conferences are scheduled for
Thursday, Nov. 13 from 5 – 8PM and again on
Friday, Nov. 14 from 8 AM – Noon. Please call the
school office (724-588-7050) to schedule an
appointment with your child’s teacher. All teachers
are available for conferences. Please remember that
conferences are 15 minutes in length.
TEACHERS & PARENTS: If you find that you
need more time during your conference, please set
up another time to meet to be considerate of those
having conference times after you. Your help in
keeping our conferences on schedule is greatly
appreciated.
Request to Parents
Parents: When paying for more than one activity, it
would be appreciated if separate checks are submitted
for each activity. This will make it easier for Mrs.
Kremm to ledger the expenses before the checks are
sent to the Business Office for payment to the various
school activities.
