inside which can be retained for tax purposes.
Payment Handling & Prices
All booklist payments are to be made directly to MK Educational Supplies, NOT Mueller College. Prices of all items include GST
and are listed as such.
Back Order Items
Back Orders or Items to Follow, if they occur are listed on the original invoice sent to the parents with the pack. BO's and ITF's
only occur due to manufacturers or publishers delays in not having adequate stock in Australia or from books that are not yet
printed or are being reprinted. These BO's and ITF's if they occur will be sent directly to the school for distribution to the student.
Methods of Payment
Visa, MasterCard or Bankcard is required when you place your order online. Credit cards are not charged immediately. Your
details are stored in a secure, password protected site and are destroyed at the end of the financial year. Your credit card is
not processed until your order is generated for packing. If you do not have a credit card, you may order in-store or via fax (MK
Educational Supplies, NOT Mueller) and pay in store via cash or EFTpos. Alternatively you can post your booklist order to us
with a cheque or money order enclosed. All money orders and cheques are payable to “MK Educational Supplies”.
I missed the order cut-off date for my booklist?
Firstly, don't panic. You can order your book pack/s all year round either online at www.mkes.com.au, fax, post or in-store.
Both home delivery and in-store collection options are available on late orders. Due to the number of late orders received in
January, there can be a delay in processing and delivery. Please do not call within this time, as your pack will be sent to you as
soon as it is complete.
