Description of Project:
We, ‘ARBALET Artistic Ballet Ensemble Youth Club Association’ and our partners
in the project; actually children of the past and youth of present, will prepare
story book and act it out to start an enlightenment for the children of our years.
That book will be a bridge among the past, present and future through the
energy and soul of the cultural stories. The Project participants will meet
in Mersin/Turkey. Project dates will be between 28-10-2014 and
06-11-2014

Description of Project:
The participants will come from 6 European Countries with the hosting of
Turkish Group " Artistic Ballet Ensemble Youth Club". All in all, 42 youngsters
and 7 group leaders will get together to create a future for the children creating
a subject coming from our cultural past roots. Stories are the most important
experiences of our cultural heritage.
During the project, the participants will share and learn about each other's
cultural child stories and create an interest. At the end of the project, with their
colorful visions, the participant youths will create that story book. In addition to
these, some of the stories will be selected from the book and they are going to
be acted out to the children on a public show.

PARTICIPANTS
When you select participants please be careful about gender
balance. We are waiting participants between 17 -25 and no
age limit for leader. Also if possible try to find fewer
opportunities youth.
For each Country 6 youngsters and 1 leader, totally 49
participants.

ACCOMMODATİON - TRANSPORTATION
We planned to stay in a hostal which is close to the beach in Anamur in Mersin.
Anamur is a town and district of the province of Mersin, on the Mediterranean
coast of southern Turkey, between Antalya and the city of Mersin.

How to Reach the Airport: You should prefer the "Alanya Gazipasa Airport
(GZP)" for flights. There are many shuttle to Anamur per hour. Distance is 89 km
to Anamur via shuttle.

You can buy special things for your countries,
alcohols and etc.. for intercultural night. You
have 25€ limits for it.
Please take some materials to introduce your
organization for NGO Fair Activity.

INSURANCE
During the project we will help for taking you to
hospital and we will give information about you to
the ANAMUR State Hospital.
IT IS OBLIGATORY THAT TO BUY HEALTH
INSURANCE. (LIMIT IS 10€) WE WILL REIMBURSE YOU
WITH INVOICES DURING THE PROJECT

• E-tickets
• Invoices
• Boarding Passes both way (If you have transfer flight we

• Original Mandate document (with signature and stamp)
Otherwise unfortunately we can not reimburse you.
