Curriculum Vitae Maria Sanner, alto Maria was already well established as a concert singer, when a few years ago she decided to include the opera stage in her work field. Maria made her Stockholm debut already before finishing her master studies, as the title role in Handel’s Giulio Cesare at Folkoperan. This was followed by another title role in Il Giasone by Cavalli at the Drottningholm Court Theatre (her exam production). Since then Maria has performed in several newly written operas, in concerts and at early music festivals. Opera performances: Westman C. Unander-‐Scharin C.
