Stacey Smith
Partner – Privately Held Business
Stacey is a specialist in compliance services, the
preparation of budgets, and structuring advice.
She has worked with many of her clients to help
unlock significant growth. Several of her
existing clients started as small companies and
have since evolved into large national
organisations and groups. She has also assisted
clients in selling down their interests in a

investments and wealth preservation. Stacey is

Dennis has a wealth of experience in
superannuation, taxation and retirement

Paul Banister
Partner – Tax
Paul leads the Taxation Services division in
Brisbane and has over 25 years’ experience
working with clients in an array of industries to
help them navigate through complex and
potentially risky tax and commercial issues.
He has extensive expertise in domestic and
international tax planning, transaction advisory
and support, and superannuation structuring
and advice. He applies this to ensure that
businesses and controlling families devise and
implement sensible and effective succession and
