Post-Investment Scope of Services
Vigilant oversight of closed investment deals ensures investors
are protected and add-on investments are considered, when

of updates on financial performance.

Compliance:
Assess compliance with representations,
warranties, and covenants.

Modification:
Evaluate proposed terms for waivers or other
modifications.

Transaction Fees
 PED’s fee structure is lower than traditional private equity funds
 Front-end fees, to the extent not paid by the target company,
will cover negotiation of transaction terms and documentation
 Annual fees will be charged to cover administrative and
monitoring costs
 A performance fee will be charged once the investor has received
a return of 1.25x of their investment
