a 2.032 acre tract located on the southeast corner of the US 42/Gunpowder Road
intersection, and across Mels Lane from 8551 US 42, Florence, Kentucky; and the
request of Mike Casale/P&L Systems, Inc. (applicant) for Gunpowder
Properties, LLC c/o Dick Wentz, James L. Morgan and Sherry A. Morgan
(owners) for a Zoning Map Amendment from Suburban Residential One (SR-1) to
Commercial Two/Planned Development (C-2/PD) for a 5.291 acre site located on
the east side of Gunpowder Road, approximately 230 feet south of the US
42/Gunpowder Road intersection, and to the south of the property at 8537 US 42,
Boone County, Kentucky (annexation into the City of Florence pending). The
requests are for a Change in an Approved Concept Development Plan to allow a
retail pharmacy with an alternate signage package and modifications to previous
conditions of approval, and a Zone Change to allow two commercial/office buildings.

(owner) for a Zoning Map Amendment for a Special Sign District for a 11.58 acre
site located at 828 Heights Boulevard, Florence, Kentucky. The request is for a
Special Sign District in a Commercial Two/Planned Development/Mall Road Overlay
(C-2/PD/MR) zone to allow a digital message board to be installed on an existing
pylon sign.

Request of Dave and Buster’s Inc. (owner by contract) for a Zoning Map
Amendment for a Special Sign District for a 9.91 acre site (Lot 4, Florence Heights
Subdivision) located along the south and west sides of the Heights Boulevard
extension (currently under construction), approximately 1,330 feet east/southeast
of the Heights Boulevard/Mall Road intersection, approximately 335 feet southeast
of the property at 828 Heights Boulevard, and approximately 290 feet north of the
property at 8072, 8074, 8076, 8078, and 8080 US 42, Florence, Kentucky. The
request is for a Special Sign District in a Commercial Two/Planned
Development/Mall Road Overlay (C-2/PD/MR) zone to allow alternative signage.
