Areco Coils
Areco is one of Europe’s largest importers and stock-holders of sheet metal for the building industry.
Our material is used for production of trapezoidal profiles, roof tile, light-weight purlins, sandwich panels,
water draining systems and all kinds of accessories in sheet metal.
Our main stock is in Helsingborg in southern Sweden, where we continuously keep an average of 20 000 tons,
in many different dimensions and colours.
The sheet metal is delivered in the form of coils, weighing 4-6 tons each and our main suppliers are top modern
steel-mills with impressive quality and capacity.

DELIVERY TIMES
One of Areco’s main advantages is the quick delivery times. From our two stock facilities, we can deliver material
within 24 hours from the order date. We offer very competitive transportation prices and the trucks can be loaded
according to our customers’ wishes, with mixed dimensions and colours.
FLEXIBILITY
Areco is a flexible company and we are always trying to find the best possible solution for our customers.
We offer customers to mix deliveries with our full product range. You can choose a full truck of coils or a mixed
one containing coils, roof profiles, rain water system and accessories. Optimization to find the best solution for you.

Coating on the base of polyester resin is the most
economic system when environmental (corrosivity)
class C1-C3 is required.
The surface is coated with a primary layer of 5 μm
and a top of 20-25 μm.

Alu-zinc Coating
A coating system with the same qualities as
Polyester but with a more exclusive design.
The coating has a good corrosion protection and
an overall coating of 30-35 μm.
The warranty period is 10-years
A high quality coating with an overall coating of
45-50 μm. The surface is optimized for high wear,
scratch and weather resistance.
The coating has a very good gloss and color stability
as well as a very good corrosion protection up to
the environmental class C4.
The warranty period is 20-years
Alu-zinc is a aluminium-zinc coated steel sheet that
can be used unpainted up to corrosive class C4.
The long lifetime is due to the fact that the
aluminium-zinc coating provides the steel sheet
with a double protection against corrosion and
therefor entails major environmental benefits.
