Those with experience in conducting tutorials are preferred. The appointee will essentially support the Common Core curriculum. He/She will assist individual course teachers and the Head of Department in conducting tutorials; compiling reading lists and documentary sources; searching and developing new teaching materials; evaluating coursework assignments; coordinating field visits and class activities; managing class lists and course schedules/timetables; providing tutorial and academic support to students outside class; uploading and managing the web-based elements of courses for the Department's Common Core and undergraduate courses; and performing any other duties as assigned by the Head of Department.
