The Club's talented pastry chefs are offering homemade Buche de Noel cakes for members to pre-order. Made in the likeness of a fallen log amidst a winter forest, these delectable desserts are made of a rich chocolate sponge cake filled with dark chocolate rum mousse and chocolate buttercream frosting. Sugared rosemary, meringued mushrooms and a light dusting of confectioner's sugar perfectly complete the scene. Each cake is $57 (plus tax) and serves 12 to 15 people.
