The NotaMaster Image integrates seamlessly with the new
BPS® X9 banknote inspection
system and consists of two
components: image sensor and
a workstation. The sensor tracks
the production process with
an analysis system, while the
workstation provides intuitive
adaptation tools so users can
analyze the causes of spoilage
and easily adapt acceptance
criteria.
Banknote printers can consequently precisely validate the
quality of their products against
reference samples and specifications. They can therefore
be sure to only reject bank
notes that actually exceed the
allowed tolerances. After all,
there is no bigger waste than
the destruction of acceptable
banknotes.
