HOW TO USE SMART DIAGNOSIS
• Open the right refrigerator door and lock the display. (To lock
the display, press and hold the Lock Button for 3 seconds)
•
Call the LG Service Center
•
Hold the mouthpiece of your phone in front of the speaker
that is located on the right hinge of the refrigerator door,
when instructed to do so by the call center.
•
Press and hold the Freezer Temperature button for 3 seconds
while continuing to hold your phone to the refrigerator
speaker.
•
After you hear 3 beeps, release the Freezer Temperature
button.
•
After 15 seconds, once the beep tone finishes, resume your
conversation with the specialist, who will further assist you
using the information transmitted for analysis.
