Statement of Need
Faculty
The cure rates for chronic hepatitis C infection continue to improve with
the advent of highly effective, simpler, more tolerable therapies, and
approval of even more effective and tolerable therapies is anticipated
within the year. In parallel, practice guidelines are changing so often they
are only available in digital format.

Two workshops will run parallel. One workshop is intended for providers
who care for HCV patients or want to learn more about HCV care.
The other workshop is intended for patients with HCV infection.
Physicians and non-physicians completing the “provider” workshop are
eligible for CME and ANCC credits.
