Product Overview CE STANDARD SERIES couplings are the simplest and most commonly used. Faster’s Standard Series are specifically designed to satisfy a wide range of applications and conform to ISO 7241 A and B parts standards ensuring worldwide interchangeability. Sizes: 1/4” to 2” SCREW SERIES couplings are suitable for all those he- avy duty applications characterized by pressure and flow peaks and possibility of connection and disconnection under residual pressure. Threaded connection ensures a wider contact surface in the mating area with consequent higher resistance to pressure peaks, hoses bending and vibrations. Sizes: 1/4” to 1-1/2” CHECK VALVES are often used as safety device within hydraulic circuits. Purposely designed to be used when it is necessary for opening a valve at a specific pressure level, check valves are characterized by elastomeric or metal to metal sealing and by a wide range of opening pressures. Sizes: 1/4” to 2” DIAGNOSTIC quick-release couplings have been purposely designed to make the maintenance of hydraulic systems and checking pressure within the circuit easier, quicker and more effective. Male couplings have to be assembled on the hydraulic line to be checked while the female parts have to be connected to the diagnostic and monitoring equipment. Conformity to ISO 15171-1 standards guarantees worldwide interchangeability. Sizes: 1/4” The new flat-face series FFH has notably higher performances than FFI couplings. They also exceed the performances requested by ISO 16028 regulations. Working pressure has been raised to 35MPa and the flow rates have been highly improved. FFH couplings have undergone severe impulse tests in order to check their resistance to pressure peaks within the systems. A further plus is the Zinc-Nickel surface treatment which improves their resistance to corrosion. Sizes: 1/8” to 1” 4BD is a block coupler designed for hydraulic quick change and is ideal for skid steer loaders, mini skid steer loaders, tractor backhoe loaders and utility vehicles.It allows changes from one attachment to another within seconds and provides for connection under pressure.The 4BD has greater flow capability than standard flat face couplers and provides for an overall reduced pressure drop. Sizes: 1/2” and 3/4” FHV is a flat-face screw-on coupling to be used in heavy duty applications. It can bear high working pressures and has a great flow capacity. The male part is assembled with a double patented valve and can be connected under residual pressure. Connection is easier thanks to a special ball bearing system. The coupling is also provided with a safety sleeve against accidental disconnection. A further plus is the Zinc-Nickel surface treatment which improves their resistance to corrosion. Sizes: 3/4” to 2” Simultaneous connection of several lines is an important feature extendable to various fields of application. The MULTIFASTER MULTICONNECTIONS allow a dramatic reduction of connection time, the absence of fluid spillage and air inclusion during connection and disconnection, even under pressure, without any risk of line misalignment.
