Noted List for Annual Transfers of Consultants in Dental Services - 2015
The following consultants are noted for annual transfers out of their present stations as they will be either
completing 04 years of service on 31.12.2013 or would have been working on acting capacity at the
present station. The stations mentioned against their names are falling vacant with effect from 01.01.2013.
These officers who are noted for transfers are requested to forward their applications in the specimen
given for transfer out of their present stations, to reach this office 21.11.2014 through their Heads of
Institutions and Heads of Decentralized Units.

Heads of Institutions are requested to obtain and forward transfer applications from the officers in their
stations who have completed 04 years of service, in the Institution on 31.12.2012, even if their names are
not appearing in the list given below.
Transfers will be made as per provisions stated in the medical personal minute 1176/15, dated 22 nd March
2001 and PSC gazette on 20.02.2009. It should be noted that the officers who have completed over 02
years of service to 31.12.2014 in their respective stations are also eligible to apply for annual moves.
Points will be calculated up to 31st Dec 2012 according to General circular No 02 -137 /2010
