Deposit Requirements
Full payment is required on one day tours at time of reservation.
$50.00 deposit is required on 2-6 days trips with balance due 30 days
prior to departure.
$100.00 deposit required on trips of 7 days or longer, unless
otherwise stated, with balance due 30 days prior to departure.
All Air, Cruises, Train Excursions and Special Events: Deposit
amounts and final payment will be subject to supplier policies.
3% discount on multi-day tours when full payment is made at

Method of Payment
Kaleo Tours accepts, cash, checks, Mastercard, Visa or Discover. A
3% fee will be added to all credit card charges.

Cancellations, Refunds and Fees
Prayer
On all Kaleo Tours scheduled tours, each travel day will begin with
prayer under the direction of the tour director.
Seating
Travelers will be asked to rotate seats daily in fairness to all
passengers. The only exception is if travelers prefer to take a
permanent seat in the rear of the coach.
If travelers require more than one seat to be comfortable on the
coach, the cost of the second seat will be charged.
Luggage
One piece of luggage is allowed per passenger.
The luggage must not exceed 45 pounds in weight and must measure
less than 62 inches total measurement, (WxHxD)
Smoking / Liquor
Neither smoking nor liquor is ever allowed on motorcoaches. Rest
stops are planned with comfort of all passengers taken into
consideration.
Gratuities
Unless otherwise stated, all tips and gratuities are included in your
tour package price. Traditional end of the tour gratuities for tour
director and driver have not been included and should be handled on
an individual basis.
