1. Demontera mittre- och ev bakre svepet på kylmodulen.
2. Demontera Capblock, 2 skruvar i aluminiumplattan
och 3 i driveblocket.
3. Lossa kablarna, 6 st, på driveblock.
4. Demontera driveblock 4 skruvar i aluminiumplattan.
5. Skrapa bort pastan från aluminiumplattan med t.ex.
en isskrapa av plast.
6. Tvätta noga plattan med T-sprit.
7. Applisera ca 6 g kiselpasta på driveblockets värmeavgivande platta, och fördela det jämt på hela ytan
med t.ex. en spackel.
8. Tryck driveblocket mot aluminiumplatta och vrid
den lite fram och tillbaks. Ta bort driveblocket och
titta om pastan har utjämnat ojämnheterna, om
inte komplettera med mer pasta.
9. Montera driveblocket, 4 skruvar.
10. Torka bort överskjutande pasta.
11. Montera kablarna på driveblocket.
12. Montera Capblock, skruvar i aluminiumplattan och
3 st i driveblocket.
13. Montera svepen.
OBS!
Gör värmepumpen spänningslös innan
arbetet påbörjas.
Elinstallation samt service skall ske under
överinseende av behörig elinstallatör.

1. Remove the centre and any rear cover from the
cooling module.
2. Remove Cap block, 2 screws from the aluminium
plate and 3 from the drive block.
3. Disconnect the cables, 6 x, from the drive block.
4. Remove the drive block’s 4 screws from the aluminium plate.
5. Scrape off the paste from the aluminium plate using
a plastic ice scraper for example.
6. Clean the plate thoroughly with denatured alcohol.
7. Apply 6 g of silicon paste to the drive block’s heat
generating plate, and spread it evenly over the entire surface using a filling knife for example.
8. Press the drive block against the aluminium plate
and turn it back and forth slightly. Remove the drive
block and check that the paste has evened out any
irregularities, if not, add more paste.
9. Remount the drive block, 4 screws.
10. Wipe off any excess paste.
11. Install the cables on the drive block.
12. Remount Cap block, screws in the aluminium plate
and 3 in the drive block.
13. Remount the cover.

Cut the power to the heat pump before
