REQUIRED EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE: Graduation from a U.S. Podiatric Medical School and completion of either a PM&S-36, or PMSR with Reconstructive, Rearfoot and Ankle Certification is required. Successful candidates must: - Possess an unrestricted license to practice podiatric medicine in the State of Illinois - Possess an unrestricted right to prescribe controlled substances and medications - Be board certified by the American Board of Foot and Ankle Surgery.
